Most gyms run workouts. You show up, follow along, and leave sweaty.

And right now… a lot of that is being replaced by AI.

Most CrossFit gyms do what AI can already do...

They programs a strength piece.
Then a metcon.
Every. Single. Day.

On paper, it looks great.

But here’s the problem—
that model doesn’t leave time to actually coach.

Coaches end up managing the clock instead of coaching people.

At Coast Range CrossFit, we made a decision:

We’re not here to just deliver workouts.
We’re here to coach humans.

That means:

  • Time to watch you move
  • Time to give feedback
  • Time to adjust in real time
  • Time to actually make you better

Sometimes that means we don’t stack strength + metcon just because we “should.”

We do what allows us to coach best.

Because sweating isn’t the goal.

Getting better is.
