Coaches end up managing the clock instead of coaching people.
At Coast Range CrossFit, we made a decision:
We’re not here to just deliver workouts.
We’re here to coach humans.
That means:
- Time to watch you move
- Time to give feedback
- Time to adjust in real time
- Time to actually make you better
Sometimes that means we don’t stack strength + metcon just because we “should.”
We do what allows us to coach best.
Because sweating isn’t the goal.
