At Coast Range CrossFit, we make it easy for newcomers and experienced athletes alike, to get in on the fun. Working out shouldn’t be a chore. We provide a positive atmosphere that inspires you to do your best and get results. Let's get started!

EXPERIENCED CROSSFITTERS - FREE CLASS

If you have 6+ months of experience at a registered CrossFit affiliate, you can jump into a regular class for free to see if our coaching still and community are a good fit.

NEW TO CROSSFIT - NO SWEAT INTRO

Anyone new to CrossFit—or returning after a long break—can schedule a No Sweat Intro by texting me directly at 844-905-4367 or filling out the form below.

This includes:

Watch a Class + Meet With Wes: Come in, observe a class, and discuss goals, concerns, limitations, and what you're hoping to achieve.

Optional On-Ramp (2 Days):

Day 1: Assessment + movement screening + data collection.

Day 2: We go over how our gym works, what to expect in classes, safety standards, and teach a handful of the most commonly used movements.

1-Week Trial in Group Classes.

Follow-Up Meeting: After that week, we meet again (in person or via Zoom) to answer questions, check in on comfort level, and decide whether group classes are best or whether they’d benefit from additional one-on-one help.

This ensures every new member gets the right path for their goals and abilities.
